TELL US A LITTLE ABOUT THE BACKGROUND OF YOUR COMPANY. The team behind London Property Services have been operating across West London for over 20 years now. We provide a full-service building, maintenance and repair service back by our own team of 25 in- house time-served tradesmen and we do everything from roofing to drainage and damp works, central heating to electrics, all aspects of plumbing, kitchens and bathrooms, plastering, carpentry, flooring, and decorating through to complete property refurbishment. We provide a bespoke, personal service and aim to ensure you always get the result you’re looking for within your allocated budget. WHAT IS YOUR CUSTOMER PROCESS? First of all, one of our estimators – who would oversee your project throughout it’s lifespan - would meet you so that we fully understand your brief, what you are trying to achieve and your expectations. At this stage we would provide you with initial costings, plus any questions or recommendations that we can imagine would be helpful during the completion of the works. There would usually follow a discussion whilst the final specification, and cost, was firmed up. We are usually able
to start works relatively quickly but at any rate we would fit in with your timetable. If we were selected to carry out your project, you would be introduced to your project manager – who would most likely be working on site – who would be responsible for the day to day liaison and completing the works, and also given an office contact who would be responsible for communication and documentation throughout the project. The original estimator would also probably meet up each week to discuss progress, and changes and agree any variations to the specification which would be costed as inexpensively as practicable. You would also be provided with a payment plan – we would normally request a deposit in advance to cover material costs, with staged payments every two weeks. When the project was completed, we would provide a wrap up meeting to cover any snaggings, make sure you were happy with the final result and then upon payment of the final invoice we would provide all regulatory and sign-off documentation.
