TELL US A LITTLE ABOUT THE BACKGROUND OF YOUR COMPANY. Our company really started years ago, when the two of us were flatmates at university, endlessly binge-watching design shows and dreaming about how we’d decorate our own spaces one day. We’d always loved interiors but were frustrated that rentals felt sad or poorly designed, while anything nice for homeowners seemed wildly overpriced. We kept coming back to the same belief: the place you live has such a huge impact on how you feel and how you live your life. Everyone deserves a home that feels warm, personal and well-designed, not just people with huge budgets. That’s what pushed us to start our own venture: to make professional interior design feel accessible, friendly and achievable for everyone, and to help people create homes they truly love coming back to. WHAT IS YOUR CUSTOMER PROCESS? We’ve kept our process simple and personal from the start. After a quick survey to understand your style, needs, and budget, we have a chat about how you want your home to feel. We then create mood boards and an interactive
catalogue so you can picture the space and experiment with ideas. In our second consultation, we review everything together and refine it until it feels right. Finally, we share a bespoke shopping list you can update or adjust. Our aim is to make the journey creative, flexible, and enjoyable rather than overwhelming.
