TELL US A LITTLE ABOUT THE BACKGROUND OF YOUR COMPANY. Lemon and Lime Interiors has been staging property since 2015. Having developed into a national brand known for its data-driven approach, industry leadership, and unmistakable style, the company recently expanded its reach through franchising. We are delighted to bring Lemon and Lime’s award-winning home staging service to Canterbury and the surrounding areas. In simple terms, we do whatever is necessary to prepare a property for market. From a fresh coat of paint, to a declutter, or full or partial furniture rental and styling – our goal is to make each house stand out from the
competition so that it sells quickly and for the best possible price. Although recognised as a highly effective property marketing tool across the USA, Australia and parts of Europe, home staging is still relatively new to the UK. After an initial conversation to understand a client’s requirements, we provide a free consultation at the property before sharing our recommendations on how best to prepare the space, alongside a full cost breakdown. Each bespoke strategy highlights a property’s unique features to show its full potential to prospective buyers.
