WHAT TO EXPECT

uchanan Logistics accounts are managed by a direct contact and backed up by our inter-department sales teams so that we can be as responsive and knowledgeable as possible. Once we have Customer contact info and A/P info all else that is required is clearance through our Credit department and we are ready to do business. Our Account Managers utilize our internal as well as 3rd-party market pricing software to handle all bidding and RFQs to make sure our customers are getting the most accurate, and timely, information possible. Our Account Manager’s primary focus is Quality Service, once a load is accepted we handle the rest so that our Customers can focus on their obligations.
