Courcier Clinic. Relieving Neck Pain

We’re Keeping Your Health In Mind! Courcier Clinic is committed to your health and wellbeing. We want to assure our patients that we are taking every precaution to maintain a safe environment for our patients and staff. Before and after every session, we are making hand sanitizers readily available for patients and staff as they come in the clinic. Additionally, we have increased the number of times per day that we sanitize our equipment and facility. We are also complying with CDC social distancing guidelines and scheduling visits so that no more than 10 people are in the clinic at a time. To do your part to prevent the spread of this contagious disease, we ask those who may be demonstrating symptoms of COVID-19— coughing, sneezing or fever—to please stay home and contact our office to discuss other options, such as Telehealth and Virtual Visits. Your cooperation during this tough time is what makes us able to continue to provide valuable services to you and your family. We appreciate your ongoing support.

While lying on a flat surface, put both hands behind your head, cupping the base of your skull with your thumbs. Tuck your chin downwards and apply a firm force up your skull with both thumbs to feel a moderate stretch in the back of the upper neck. Hold for at least 30 seconds.
