Live Entertainment At this time, “Flamin’ Dick and the Hot Rods” will be back on Saturday night by popular demand at the Nationals East. If you haven’t seen this band, you are definitely missing out, come and see why they fill the building! Their music is fantastic and a must hear. Be sure and check the Official Event Guide for the band that will be playing on Friday night. Spotlight Builder The “Builder the Year” at the Nationals East will be Zac Love with “Loves Kustoms” from north- west Burkeville, Virginia. The company will be set up outside showcasing their latest creations, be sure and stop by! Manufacturers Awards Again, this year at the Nationals East Joe Troilo will organize four Manufacturers Awards, handmade and picked by the sponsoring manufacturers. The companies participating this year are “Posies Rods and Customs,” “Iron Hill Hot Rods,” “Bornemans Restorations and Customs” and “Jeff Hotrods.” The four chosen vehicles will be on display during the Awards Program. Builders’ Showcase The Builders’ Showcase will be back at the Nationals East in Memorial Hall, filling it with some of the latest builds from profes- sional shops on display. Expect to see some of the best rods and customs that are winning awards or just rolling out of the shop. Together with these great vehi- cles will be a Model Car Contest, Pedal Car Contest and Pin-Up Girls helping with the Pinstripers Charity Auction!
