IN SEPTEMBER 202 1 , I was honored to join the P.E.O. International Peace Scholarship (IPS) Fund Board of Trustees. One of my responsibilities is to send birthday greetings to our IPS recipients. What a “world tour” I take each month as I note the many countries these women call home. Another joy is to receive a sweet note from recipients who share a heartfelt “thank you.” Some share that P.E.O. sisters offer them more love and support than they receive from their families back home. Yes, our impact is “global” and heartwarming to these intelligent, aspiring women. I truly am honored to be serving on the IPS Board of Trustees. When I joined the board of trustees, I thought my IPS IQ was pretty high. Now I realize there is so much more to learn. Perhaps you’d like to check your IPS IQ? Consider doing this with your chapter!
