Try this simple exercise to help you feel better... Always consult your physical therapist or physician before starting exercises you are unsure of doing. EXERCISE ESSENTIALS TOE CURL Sit with one foot forward resting on it’s heel. Curl your toes down and hold for 10 seconds, then flex your toes up and hold for 10 seconds. Repeat 5 times on each foot.
