Energy Conservation We are a company that promotes energy conservation, as our Service Value 12 clearly defines. It is your responsibility to contribute your efforts in saving water and electricity by, switching-off your A/C unit, all lights, and turning-off the water taps properly when out of the room. Cleanliness The Ritz-Carlton Service Value #12: "I am responsible for uncompromising levels of cleanliness and creating a safe and accident-free environment." As the ambassadors of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, we are expected to live the Ritz Carlton values both at work and at home. It is our responsibility to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and to ensure that genuine care and comfort of all occupants in the Housing are taken care of. As bugs and rodents are attracted to spoilt products and food leftovers, it is your responsibility to take the garbage from your room directly to the garbage shoot located on each floor. By doing this on a daily basis you are protecting your health and that of your colleagues. Employees not meeting basic Housing standards will be subject to disciplinary action. Room Inspection The Hotel Management together with the Housing Team will conduct periodical room inspections. When monthly room inspections are scheduled, Ladies and Gentlemen concerned are informed through the CTQ and door notices. The following areas are checked during room inspections:
Employees not meeting basic Housing standards will be subject to disciplinary action. Visitors Visitors must leave the Housing premises no later than 11.00 PM. Overnight visitors are strictly not allowed unless they have a permit, signed by Director of Human Resources, Housing Manager & all three occupants of the apartment (if sharing). The form is available at the Housing and Human Resources office. Room Inventory Each Lady and Gentleman will be provided with a number of items to make their stay in the Housing more comfortable. Upon your moving into the bedroom/ apartment, the items will be issued to you by the Asst. Housing Manager, and you will be asked to sign the inventory. Please check all the items carefully before signing the form. Room inventories will be conducted periodically. Pets No pets are allowed in the Housing. Transportation We provide transportation from the Housing to the Hotel, from the Hotel to the Housing. A detailed transportation schedule and timings are posted on the bulletin board and copies are available at the Housing Office or with Human Resources Department. All the other specific Housing Policies of this property are detailed in the Local Standard Operating Procedures given to each employee upon arrival to the Staff Accommodation. The said LSOP should be signed as your understanding and agreement to the rules and regulations of the Housing procedures.
