Calendula Costa is a dwarf and well branched variety with excellent uniformity and flower size compared to existing varieties. Due to its earliness, Costa is an ideal companion plant to sell in Spring alongside Viola and Pansy. Begonia Ikon’s unique habit combines delightfully tactile foliage with a wonderfully branching habit and masses of blush white flowers. Bred in Costa Rica, this variety knows how to perform in the plug, pot, landscape or even hanging basket. Begonia Ikon Green was described as a ‘Showstopper’ and voted Best Basket Plant in the Dallas Arboretum 2012 Trials where it took full Texas sun ‘without even a crispy leaf’. Not to be outdone by its counterpart is the equally adaptable Ikon Bronze, with its darker waxy foliage creating a fantastic contrast as is seen with Ikon mix, a perfect mix of the two.
