From Robin Uyeshiro: Though he didn’t graduate with us, many of us remember Ronald Quong as a classmate. He recently appeared in Bob Sigall’s Honolulu Star- Advertiser column commenting on the restaurants his family ran. I recall attending his birthday at The Green Turtle, probably in fourth or fifth grade. It was the fanciest place I had ever been in at the time. Guy Tamashiro , who did make it to gradua- tion, is in the news again as the King of Sashimi at Tamashiro Market.
