Happy Halloween The Upper School celebrated Halloween with a lively costume contest, while kindergarten and first-grade students spread joy trick-or-treating around campus in their adorable costumes. ResLife students showcased their creativity in the annual Halloween Floor Decorating Contest, transforming their dorms into eerie-themed spaces like Shrek’s Haunted Swamp and The Salem Witch Trials. Throughout October, ResLife also enjoyed festive activities, including pumpkin carving, haunted house visits, and movie marathons, making it a month full of spooktacular fun!

Japanese 4-H Honors Onigiri Action

Japanese 4-H students learned about rice and global hunger while making onigiri for Onigiri Action 2024 in November. The Japan-launched initiative donates five school meals to children in need for every rice-ball- related photo posted on the Onigiri Action campaign site. Through the activity, students combined cultural learning with meaningful social impact.
