Analysis: • Home affordability improved slightly over the last year with median family incomes rising a bit faster than median housing prices and mortgage rates remaining at 6.9%. • Wisconsin residents relative to the nation enjoy greater housing affordability with a composite of 125 and a lower state median housing price of $304.900 (wra.org).
