90 Long Acre is an iconic development in the heart of the West End, designed by noted architect Richard Siefert in the early 1980s, and redeveloped by Northwood Investors. The appointed Property Manager for The Acre, JLL, are seeking a General Manager who will have key responsibility for delivering industry leading customer service, ensuring all landlord operations are delivered to the highest of standards. This General Manager will be JLL and the building owners’ ambassador, maintaining and promoting The Acre’s service delivery and position in the locality as best in class for occupiers. The General Manager will also have a close working relationship with Northwood Investors’ Asset Management Team, as well as senior representatives of the building tenants. JLL are seeking a strong General Manager with excellent customer service skills, with strong previous experience working within high profile, Grade A office environments. They’re looking for someone who’s mobilised a Grade A office building from pre-practical completion to a business as usual state.
