OFFERING SUPERIOR HOT WATER RESPONSE TIMES, LOWER PRIMARY RETURN TEMPERATURES AND A LIFETIME WARRANTY OPTION, EUROFLUID HEAT INTERFACE UNITS WERE SELECTED BY MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR KERRIGAN MECHANICAL FOR THE GREEN ACRES GRANGE PROJECT… HEAT INTERFACE UNITS

Eurofluid Handling Systems Ltd (EHS) worked closely with mechanical contractor Kerrigan Mechanical to supply its industry-leading Heat Interface Units to Green Acre Grange. The units faciltate individual heating and hot water solutions in each apartment from a centralised heat source. From humble beginnings in 1990, EHS has evolved into a leading manufacturer and distributor of world-class industrial, commercial and residential heating and hot water solutions for prestigious projects across Ireland, the UK and Europe. Using its extensive knowledge, the company focuses on understanding the customer’s requirements, analysing the overall project design and selecting the most appropriate, high-quality, sustainable energy solutions from its

superior product range. Heat Interface Units act as a bridge between the central boiler and hot water outlets in each apartment for radiators, showers and kitchen taps. This removes the need to install individual boilers in each dwelling, reducing costs and energy usage among other benefits. In addition, the units can record energy used by occupants and make this information available to a centralised data collection system for billing or pre-pay purposes. Manufactured exclusively for EHS, the range of Heat Interface Units combines all the latest technologies, outperforming other brands within their class. Eurofluid Heat Interface Units are independently tested in the UK through the rigorous BESA testing regime. Results highlight the range’s superior

performance in terms of faster hot water response times and lower primary return temperatures. Due to the units’ clever configuration, the occupant receives hot water 66% more quickly at the tap than their closest market competitor. Stephen Costelloe, Director at EHS, said, “Kerrigan Mechanical appreciates the value of the supplier commissioning service. “Once commissioned, the Eurofluid on- site team established lower than expected primary return temperatures and delivered a smooth transition to handover stage.” Included in the Eurofluid commission service is an automatic warranty extension to five years. Furthermore, client can opt for Eurofluid’s Lifetime Heating Interface Unit warranty, an industry first.
