There is a total of 40 dwelling units (per building) with a masonry, cement board siding and glass façade. Both buildings have two elevators and have interior and exterior parking spaces. The buildings are on opposite ends of the city block and borders West 36th Street from Federal to Dearborn (North Building) and West 37th Street also to Federal and Dearborn (South Building).
