Learn about the services and trainings that are provided through the California Association of Health and Education Linked Professions (CAHELP). Teams from the Desert/Mountain Children’s Center (DMCC), Outreach Team, and Career Technical Education will provide information about their departments, including the referral process for services. This workshop will help utilize, identify, and share community resources to meet the needs of families and individuals in the Desert/Mountain Region.

Helping Our Children Cope With Stress at Home FAMILY ENGAGEMENT

Are your children feeling stressed and overwhelmed? Join us as we define stress, go over the different types of stress, see what stress looks like, and go over what you can do to support your child through stressful times. We will also cover parent self-care and resources to support your family. This interactive parent workshop will fill your parent toolbox with ideas and resources to support you and your child.
