How do You See? (continued) what you see in Him. Does it cause you to give your life to Him? Christ wants us to be with Him. But how can. we? We are sinful, de filed, and depraved. He is sinless, un defiled, and perfect. He would have to dwell alone unless somehow a miracu lous way was found to make us able to live with Him and He to live with us. Revelation 21:3 tells us, “He will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.” He is speaking of the people "'in the New Jerusalem, in the new heavens and the new earth. “God Himself shall dwell with them.” You would think that it would be the other way; we should dwell with God. The Lord acts as though heaven is our home and He

Isn’t that wonderful? “It is not good that the man should dwell alone.” So God provided a way for lost, guilty, defiled sinners to live in heaven with Christ. That provision is Calvary. It was there that the Lord Jesus went to the cross, bore our sins in His own body on the tree, suffered the just for the unjust that He might bring us to God. But remember, He does it. There is nothing you can do to be able to dwell with Him. Would you like to be with Him for ever? To live, love and adore Him, should be our utmost desire. Then you go to Him and trust Him now with your soul and heart. What though you miss The turmoil, heat and strife, Life's highway is not bliss, Yet you have shared the prayer life. — Olive Lair Smith
