How to Confess (continued) Lord and my God.” He was looking at the wounds when he said it. He tpld everyone that Jesus Christ owned him. When Paul was saved he looked up to heaven and said, “Lord, who art thou?” The answer came back, “I am Jesus whom thou persecutest.” He per- sued, “Lord, what wilt thou have me to do?” Christ Jesus became Paul’s sovereign Lord. Have you noticed in the Bible that everybody who knew Christ best called Him Lord! Nobody spoke to Him as Jesus, except people that were strang ers and demon possessed people. The blind man said, “Who is the Lord, that I might believe on Him.” Jesus said, “I that speak unto thee am he.” He GOD HATH PROMISED God hath not promised Skies always blue, Flower strewn pathways All our life through. God hath not promised Sun without rain

PASS IT ON If you have something that Is good Which you can give your neighbor hood, Although it be a little thing, God may through it some blessing bring. Pass it on. Perhaps it is a cheerful song, That may help others to press along; Or it may be a splendid book, A picture, or a pleasant look— . Pass it on. Do not forget another's woe, And how he needs your help to go; A word of kindness, or a smile, May be a blessing well worth while. Pass it on. Perhaps you've found a story sweet; Or heard good news along the street Or have some good book in your room That may remove another's gloom— Pass it on. Do not be selfish in your heart But go and do the noble part; Upon the waters cast your bread, That others may be helped and fed. Pass it on. If God has heard your humble cries. And sent a blessing from the skies, Don't keep it to yourself alone, While others weep and sigh and moan. Pass it on. — Walter E. Isenhour HEAVEN 'Tis not the golden streets, T is not the pearly gates, T is not the perfect rest For weary hearts that wait, T is not that we shall mind The joy earth has not given, For which our souls have longed, That makes it heaven. But 'tis because we know Our Saviour King is there With all our loved and lost In that blessed land and fair; That when to each of us A place prepared is given, His face and their's we'll see, That makes it truly heaven.

Joy without sorrow, Peace without pain.

But God hath promised Strength for the day Rest for the labor Light on the way. Grace for the trial, Help from above, Unfailing sympathy. Undying love.

— Annie Johnson Flint said, “Lord, I believe,” and he wor shipped Him. The leper came and kneeled and said, “Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.” Oh, I love that. Beloved, you let Him be your Lord, not just your Saviour. Ask your heart, “Is He my Lord as well as my Saviour?” When you stand before your friends, your wife, your family, and your church you can say “Jesus Christ is my Lord. I belong to Him. Day and night, constantly, He is my Lord and my Saviour, my Redeemer, my Shep herd, everything that He wants to be. I belong to Him.” Let me urge you to make such a soul-enriching decision today and make Him your Lord as well as your Saviour.
