One of Lady Lea's proudest achievements is the establishment of her female DJ agency, Divas on Decks , in 2009. The agency's primary goal was to promote young, up-and-coming female
DJs and help them reach their full potential and realize their dreams.
Today, Lady Lea runs Flipside Management, representing some of the best South African male and female DJs in South Africa and around the world. In addition to her successful music career and business ventures, Lady Lea is also known for her versatility as a House DJ. Her unique style blends various sub- genres, including tech house, funky, deep, afro, amapiano, disco, old school and commercial house, making her a crowd favouritewherever she performs.
In mid-2009, Flipside Recordings became Beat Boutique, Lady Lea's record label, under which four successful albums have been released thus far - Divas on Decks Vol. 1 Mixed by Lady Lea, Divas on Decks Vol. 2 Mixed by Tune Raider, Divas on Decks Vol. 3 Mixed by Boipelo and DJ Morgan: The King Edition. Lady Lea's continued success in the industry is a testament to her passion, talent, and unwavering dedication to music.
