Our Executive Pastry Chef Manoj Lasantha was an integral part of the award- winning Emirates Culinary Guild team at ‘EXPOGAST Villeroy & Boch Culinary World Cup’ held in Luxembourg from 26 to 30 November 2022. Manoj proudly brought home a total of 3 gold medals under the Pasty Art categories, winning 2 medals for his Petit Four Plated Dessert and 1 for his Wedding Cake display.
