Module 1. Cohorts, Explained Fellows will complete the My Options Tool to create their Best Fist List
Fellows will officially commit to their respective cohorts: Academia, Career or both Fellows will build a foundation in each cohort, with a focus on the purpose and structure

Module 2. Going to the Fair Fellows will attend a Career/Job Fair and/or connect with a U.S. Military Forces recruiter to understand the job market and the opportunities available through enlisting in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines.
Module 2. Going to the Fair Fellows will attend one College Fair to learn as much as possible about different programs, degrees, and types of schools
Module 3. Narrow It Down Fellows will identify desired schools/programs and all requirements for admission, including testing

strategies (do’s and don’ts) and what is “safe to submit” regarding questions potential employers may ask and/or requirements they may impose
Module 4. Write It, Say It Fellows will build their professional online identities by creating a profile and resume on LinkedIn Fellows wishing to enlist in the U.S. Military Forces will determine the nearest location of a Military Entrance Processing Station and arrange a face-to- face or virtual visit

Write It, Say It Fellows will review strong examples of college essays/personal statements, focusing on strategies to stand out Fellows will write a college essay/personal statement in accordance with the requirements for each school/program Fellows will acquire and practice strategies for participating successful in face-to-face and in person interviews
