Module 2. Signed, Sealed, Delivered Fellows will initiate the process of transitioning from “new” student to “admitted” student by: Paying deposits Registering for classes Completing campus admissions forms (student ID, car registration, etc) Interacting with professional staff, faculty, and advisors Module 1. It’s a Match Fellows will review incoming acceptance, waitlist, rejection letters/notifications to focus on schools/programs offering them a place Fellow will analyze all financial aid package offers and related requirements Fellows will select their school or program

Module 1. Keep it Real Fellows will follow up with the hiring personnel (human resource departments, managers, etc.) of potential employers by: Writing and sending formal follow-up letters via email Making phone calls Module 2. Thank You for Your Service. Fellows will initiate the process of transitioning from job candidate to employee by: Confirming a start date Completing required human resource/new employee forms (emergency contacts, W-2, emergency contact, etc.) Clarifying job benefits such as medical/dental insurance, paid sick/vacation time Identifying supervisors, managers, or direct reports Assessing personal wardrobe to meet dress code requirements Fellows will initiate the process of transitioning from candidate to new recruit by: Securing basic training start date and location Completing required forms
