Entering The Connection Zone marks the culmination of Y2 and ensures Fellows thoughtfully consider their social media presence, establish a professional identity, and collaborate with their Champions to create strategic plans for continued communication that should begin immediately following graduation. This framework for support will ensure Fellows remain on track across the days and weeks leading to the starting lines of their post-secondary journeys. Officially in Year 3, these Fellows and Champions will work together to maintain the mentorship across the year and coordinate visit(s) to the high school where program graduates speak and meet with the next generation of OneGoal Y2 Fellows, providing the kind of insights that can only come from one’s peers and real life experiences.
