Build trust in the OneGoal Y2 experience by sharing and exploring dreams and ideas Develop a clear understanding of the OneGoal Y2 course Determine which post-secondary pathway Fellows want to commit to after graduation The Y2 Kickoff Zone begins by enthusiastically welcoming all Fellows and congratulating them on achieving senior year status. Fellows will explore the following objectives during this Zone: In preparation for choosing a post-secondary pathway, Fellows will complete the O * NET Interest Profiler, which serves as a comprehensive 60 question diagnostic assessment focused on identifying a Fellow’s career interests and next steps. The data generated by the O * NET Interest Profiler* will be use d to scaffold the choices Fellows make and the steps they take as they progress through Y2. That data, along with data from Fellows’ My Options List, which were created in Year 1 (Y1), will be reviewed with the Program Director (PD) in 1:1 PD/Fellows Conferencing to finalize post-secondary choices. *See O * Net Interest Profiler Program Director Notes for details and instructions
