Provide a OneGoal Y2 comprehensive overview Introduce and define key terminology (zones, modules, projects, assessments, cohorts, playlists) Facilitate a brief Question and Answer session to clarify information
Module 3. Community, Collaboration, Communication
Use icebreakers to reacquaint Fellows or establish rapport for effective communication, a spirit of community and collaboration
Module 4. What I Really Want
Fellows will complete the O * NET Interest Profiler Fellows will participate in 1:1 PD/Fellow Conferencing to review/discuss the O * NET Interest Profiler results and their Y1 My Options List Project: Education, Training, Service, Oh My Fellows will choose their post-secondary pathways using results from their O * NET Interest Profiler diagnostic assessment, data from their My Options List (created in Y1), and feedback from their 1:1 PD/Fellow Conferencing by completing a Pathway Selection Form. Fellows will complete a Self-Assessment to ensure that they have completed all of the Y2 Kickoff Zone activities and are prepared to move forward. Graduation Playlist Assessment: Self-Assessment
