The availability of naloxone, a medication that can reverse opioid overdoses, is critical in preventing overdose-related deaths. Family education plays a crucial role in supporting individuals with substance use disorders and promoting harm reduction practices. Supportive environments created by educated and empathetic families can positively impact recovery outcomes.
