Major Rattray Prizes for English Literature and Debating A legacy from Major Neil Aylmer Rattray (2462).
NJ Lidstone Cup for Junior Sportsman epitomising the College Virtues Named for Nicholas Lidstone (14846), this award recognises students who embody the school’s virtues in the realm of sports. The award seeks to inspire a culture of integrity, respect, and dedication within the sporting community, reflecting the spirit of Nicholas Lidstone and the school’s commitment to excellence in both sport and character. Sedley Wells Prize for Music From the estate of Sedley George Wells, whose sons, David Malcolm Wells (6472), Richard Sedley Wells (5630), and Murray Charles Wells (5904), were at College. Tancred Prizes for History and English Given by Mrs Georgiana Tancred in memory of her husband, the Hon. Henry John Tancred, Fellow of Christ’s College (1856–1884) and Hulsean-Chichele Professor of Modern History in the Upper Department. Tane Rore Taonga Established by the 2022 parent rōpū and supported by our whānau whānui to recognise junior leadership in kapa haka. Te Whakaihi Taonga Established by the 2022 parent rōpū and supported by our whānau whānui to recognise outstanding leadership and contribution to Māoritanga at Te Kura o te Karaiti.
