The Hillary Rodham Clinton School of Law houses a dynamic and diverse research environment, bringing together scholars from a wide range of specialist subject areas and academic backgrounds. Our work ranges from global perspectives to issues specific to Wales and our local community.
We work in collaboration with each other and a range of individuals in academic institutions and other government, intergovernmental and non-governmental organisations.

RESEARCH CENTRES
Our research is facilitated by the following research centres, which offer regular opportunities for our students:
Cyber Threats Research Centre (CYTREC) CYTREC explores methods of combatting online threats, from terrorism, extremism and cybercrime, to child sexual exploitation online and grooming.
Institute of International Shipping and Trade Law IISTL promotes research and teaching in international shipping and trade law, and collaborates with academic institutions and professional organisations.
Governance and Human Rights Research Group
Observatory on Human Rights of Children A project that provides a forum for research on human rights of children and young people, with impacts on policy, practice, advocacy and law reform.
Focusing on human rights and contemporary challenges such as climate change and asylum.
