PHASE 2: Attracting Buyers
1. Advertise your home on the EXP website search-able through 700 websites 2. Create a customized email for your home 3. Create Flyers to send out to all active agents 4. Create a custom virtual tour of your property 5. Install signs and agent ID capturing lockbox 6. Create custom letter and marketing campaign for the neighborhood reaching a 1- mile radius with up to 500 contacts 7. Prospect potential buyers for a minimum of 4 hours a day contacting a minimum of 30 people per day regarding your property 8. Contact my buyer leads, center of influence, past clients, referrals, and prospective buyers who would be interested in your home 9. Present a realtor caravan viewing of your home and gather feedback on your property 10. Do a neighborhood call/walk inquiring about prospective buyers for you 11.
