4 Ways the Market will Respond to the Price of Your Home

Mr/Mrs Seller… the market is going to let us know how we've done here tonight in terms of price. And it's going to tell us 1 of 4 things. Can I explain? #1 We've underpriced the home…how the market lets us know that is we have a lot of showings… maybe even Multiple Offers… then I can bid the price up… and it will ultimately sell for fair market value.

#2 We've Nailed the Pri ce… within the first 30 days...or first 10 Showings we'll get an Offer. It may not be full price but it's close enough from a good strong Buyer...we'll accept it…and it will ultimately sell for fair market Value.

Any Questions about option 2?

#3 We've slightly missed the mark in terms of price. We'll have a lot of Showings, but no Offers. That's the Market telling us we've missed the mark by at least 5%.

#4 We've made a huge mistake in terms of our price... OR… the Market has shifted. We'll have few, or no Showings… and no Offers. That's the Market telling us we're off by at least 10%.
