Newland Homes has been recognised as one of the UK’s best private companies, with its fast-growing profits earning the firm a place in The Sunday Times BDO Profit Track 100. It is the second time that the Gloucester-based independent housebuilder has been recognised in the list that showcases some of the best household names in the country. Newland achieved a national rank of 89th, but came in as the sixth best in the SouthWest. The Sunday Times praises Newland Homes’ strategic approach to housebuilding, which has led to a profit growth of 58.55 per cent, and noted the reputation for quality builds in great locations. The news gave cause for a double celebration as the company has also announced that the quarter from January to March has been the most successful in its 28-year history.
