Care program (CTC) in Clarence-Rockland. “We’re still counting, but so far we’re upwards of a thousand dollars,” said Julie Larivière, a cross-fit training enthusiast and CTC volunteer. Close to three dozen cross-fit weightlift- ers powered up in the heat, to test their own limits and help the Valoris Foundation fund projects through CTC that benefit lo- cal youth. “Keeping ourselves hydrated was defi- nitely the biggest challenge,” said Larivière, smiling.
