Hold Executives and senior leaders to account for performance, delivery of objectives and quality of outcomes. Contribute to the appointment, appraisal and remuneration arrangements of the Executive team, ensuring effective leadership capacity and capability. People, Culture and Values Champion the Trust’s values and expected behaviours, leading by example. Support the Board in promoting a positive, inclusive and compassionate culture, with a strong focus on staff wellbeing, engagement and development. Ensure equality, diversity and inclusion are embedded across decision- making, workforce practices and service delivery. Bring insight into how leadership culture and digital change impact staff experience and organisational performance. Digital Transformation and Innovation Provide insight and constructive challenge on digital transformation, data and technology-enabled change, including the responsible use of emerging technologies such as AI. Support Board oversight of digital programmes to ensure they deliver benefits for patient safety, quality, productivity and equity. Champion digital inclusion for staff and patients, helping to reduce inequalities and improve access through technology.
