We are looking for a talented individual to join our experienced Board. This may be your first Non-Executive Director position, and you don’t need to have worked in a healthcare setting. We are looking for someone who fulfils the following criteria, however if you don’t meet every requirement but believe you can make a strong contribution to our Trust Board then we want to hear from you. A Strategic Partner to the Board Working effectively at a strategic and senior level in a complex organisation, with a good knowledge of governance and risk A demonstrable track record in supporting the delivery and monitoring the performance of high-quality services, in either the private or public sector. A Champion for Digital Transformation and Responsible Innovation Bring perspective on digital, data and AI led delivery Support the safe, ethical and responsible use of technology A Values-led Advocate for our People A genuine interest in healthcare issues and the local health economy, with a commitment to the values and principles of the NHS and public
service, and the values of the organisation. Role model an inclusive and supporting culture
An Inclusive and Developmental Board Member Strong commitment to personal learning and professional development throughout your career (you may be degree educated but not essential). Ability to motivate and enthuse others to support and lead.
