Terms & Commitment
Average 3 days per month compromising of a mixture of set commitments such as board meetings and committee meetings and more flexible arrangements for ad-hoc events, reading and preparation. Most of the time commitment will be during the working day however some evening work will be required.
Remuneration: £16,261 per annum (plus travel allowances set at Trust rates).
The appointment term is for three years and subject to annual performance review. A second three year term can be considered subject to consistently good performance and the needs of the organisation.
All Non-Executive Directors report to the Chair and they are accountable to the Council of Governors
