Thank you for your interest in joining the Board of Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust and for taking the time to read this information pack.
We are seeking an outstanding individual to join us as a Non-Executive Director on 1 April 2026. You will bring fresh thinking, strong values and a genuine commitment to our communities. You may or may not have previous Board level experience, however you will have experience with digital transformation, data and emerging technologies, including AI, to support the Trust at a pivotal moment in its journey. Frimley Health is one of the largest NHS Trusts in the country, with a strong and well-established reputation for performance, quality and innovation. We are proud of what we have achieved, but we also recognise that the future presents new and complex challenges from rising demand across emergency and elective care, to reducing health inequalities, strengthening system partnerships and delivering sustainable services in a highly constrained financial environment.
