A Strategic Partner to the Board The successful candidate will work closely with the Chair, Chief Executive, other Board members, the Council of Governors, and senior Trust staff to: Provide insight and challenge on the Trust’s long-term strategy Support effective decision-making in an increasingly complex healthcare environment Balance ambition, risk and assurance as we transform services A Champion for Digital Transformation and Responsible Innovation Digital transformation is central to our future. We want our Non-Executive Director to: Bring perspective on digital, data, AI and emerging technologies Support the safe, ethical and responsible use of technology Help ensure digital solutions improve patient safety, quality, productivity and equity Strengthen Board-level understanding of digital risk, opportunity and assurance Our Vision for the Non-Executive Director
