Our vision is for this role to: Bring lived experience and community insight into Board discussions Help the Trust understand and respond to health inequalities Strengthen relationships with local partners and communities Ensure decisions are informed by the real experiences of patients and staff An Inclusive and Developmental Board Member We welcome applicants who may be taking on their first Non-Executive Director role.
