Graphic Packaging Paul McCann will join Graphic Packaging as Senior Vice President, Supply Chain. McCann will have re- sponsibility for procurement, logistics, operations planning, global quality processes and for building Lean and Six Sigma capability. He will also lead the Xeikon Robert Welford has been named as the new Vice President of Research and Development for Xeikon. He will also join Xeikon’s Leadership Team. Welford will run the research and de- velopment department, which in- cludes engineering, ink and toner competence centers, print process and the project management office. EFI CEO Guy Gecht has informed the Electronics For Imaging’s Board of Directors that he intends to step down from his operating role at the company when his successor is named. The Board retained Spencer Stuart, a global executive search firm, to assist in a thorough search process that includes both internal and external candidates. Gecht will continue to serve as CEO until his re- placement is named, and he has committed to work- ing closely with the new CEO to ensure a successful transition. Gecht will remain as a member of the Board of Di- rectors following the CEO change. Gecht is only EFI’s third CEO in its 30-year history.
