STERIRACK ® System starter bay and add-on bay shelving

Starter Bay The starter bay is the foundational unit of the STERIRACK® System. Designed as a stand-alone structure, it includes all essential components such as vertical uprights at both ends, cross bracing, and base plates for stability. It serves as the primary building block, allowing you to customise dimensions, load capacity, and features to meet your storage needs. Think of the starter bay as the first piece in a modular puzzle – it’s where your shelving system begins. Add-On Bay The add-on bay extends the starter bay or another add-on bay, seamlessly expanding your shelving system. Unlike the starter bay, the add-on bay shares an upright with the adjacent unit, reducing material costs and saving space while maintaining strength and functionality. Add-on bays are ideal for creating longer shelving runs, offering flexibility and efficiency as your storage needs grow.

Uniform framing with customizable inserts Both starter and add-on bays feature the same durable framing, ensuring consistent dimensions and structural integrity. The true flexibility lies in the customizable inserts, which include: • BASKET HEIGHTS: Adjust to accommodate items of varying sizes. • SHELF ELEVATION: Modify vertical placement for optimal storage. • SPECIALISED ACCESSORIES: Add dividers, bin rails, or pull-out trays for enhanced functionality. Product selection guide This guide provides unique item codes for each starter bay. The appendix includes corresponding add-on bay item codes, allowing you to customise and expand your system.
