SAY IT IN HALF The best way to say something is to say it in an efficient way that conveys the idea and gets the point across clearly, without wasting words, so it's quick and easy to understand. In other words: Simple is better. Editing is the key to writing. So write something and then rewrite it with the goal of using half the words. It might feel impossible to cut anything out at first, but if you give yourself the goal to say it in half the words, you'll find there’s a lot of fat to cut. Do that everytime, and you’ll be writing leaner, smarter, and more compelling posts in no time.
