DRESS CODE
There is no dress code at Cheltenham. However, we advise that you dress for the weather, which can be unpredictable.
WINNERS & PLACED CONNECTIONS
Owners of winning horses will be invited to celebrate with a glass of champagne in the Hospitality Suite adjoining the Weighing Room and as well as any awarded Trophy, they will also receive a complimentary recording of the race and a photograph of the winning horse.
Owners of placed horses, down to 4th, will be invited to celebrate with a glass of champagne and watch a replay of their race.
HOSPITALITY
We offer Owners with runner at the Festival an exclusive rate in any of our restaurants or private boxes. Advanced reservations can be made by contacting our hospitality team on 01242 537653 or via email cheltenhamhospitality@thejockeyclub.co.uk

OWNERS CAR PARKING
Owners & Trainers Car Parking Labels will be sent out after the last races close at the end of February. No badges or tickets will be sent out by post, these will be available for collection from the O&T Desk at North Entrance on arrival.
