Joe has been with Trinity for four years and shows up to work each day, ready and eager to work, learn, and play hard. Joe recently married his wife, Jena, and they have a son named Giuseppe. Joe is an avid Eagles fan and, in a past life, was a mechanic and security officer. Joe loves to make people laugh and shows daily dedication to his job and the team! JORGE PEREZ GONZALEZ Facilities Manager Previous Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician After four years in the Multifamily Industry, Jorge Perez Gonzalez was excited to join Trinity as a Facilities Maintenance Technician at Arrive Mission Valley in April 2023. His positive attitude and eagerness to continue to learn and develop made him stand out when the Facilities Manager position at his site became available. We look forward to continuing to watch Jorge grow!

Kamya comes to the role with two years of experience in the industry, and her hard work and dedication have led her to this promotion. We are excited to announce the promotion of Julio Valencia as the Facilities Area Manager of the Mid-Atlantic South! Julio started with Trinity four years ago as a Facilities Manager at Arrive 2801. He immediately overcame the property’s challenges with a team that became the successful Facilities Managers that we have today. We then promoted Julio to Senior Facilities Manager at Arrive Silver Spring. During a tragic event at the property, Julio‘s leadership and commitment to the residents, his team, and the company had him recognized as our first trailblazer of the East Pod! We know that with Julio‘s experience and knowledge, he can continue his success story, and we are excited about what the future holds for him!
Kayla Smith began her career with Trinity in 2022 while participating in her first round of the Real Estate Management Internship in Eden Prairie, MN. After graduating from Auburn University in May 2023, she returned as a Future Leader Intern for the Summer in San Diego, CA. After successfully completing the internship program, she was more than happy to accept the role of Assistant Property Manager at Arrive Clairemont and now resides full-time in San Diego.
