Who, in a few short months since joining our team, has been promoted to overseeing a 3rd site, ReNew Avery Park! Her dedication to her work is a testament to her professionalism and embodiment of the values we hold dear at Trinity Property Consultants. We believe her leadership will elevate our residents’ living experience and enhance the value of our properties. We look forward to her continued success and growth within our Trinity family!
We’d like to recognize Kiarah Ward, who was recently promoted from Manager in Training to Property Manager at Arrive Roswell. Kiarah’s hard work and dedication led her to graduate from the MIT program and take on her own property! In her spare time, Kiarah enjoys hanging out with her fiancé and her 9-year-old Maltese - Kiwi Eloise! She is also busy planning her wedding for the fall of 2024! We look forward to watching Kiarah continue to thrive in this role!

We are excited to announce the promotion of Krystal Wallace as Resident Services Manager at Arrive Silver Spring. Krystal started at the property two years ago as a Leasing Consultant and quickly became a Customer Service Specialist. With Krystal‘s attention to detail and customer service skills, we are confident that she will continue to be successful in this new role!
We are very excited to announce the promotion of Megan Mayer as she accepted the Property Manager role for our new acquisition, Arrive Minnetonka, in Minneapolis! Megan began her journey with Trinity as an intern in May 2019 in Houston and has shown consistent dedication and drive. She enjoys taking her dog Rosie out for walks, hanging with friends, and watching Minneapolis’ beautiful sunsets in her free time. We cannot wait to see you crush 2024!
