We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Gilisa “Juju” Harris from Property Manager of Arrive Inglewood Trails to Area Manager for the Midwest Pod! She has grown tremendously over the last three years as she worked her way up from a Leasing Agent in 2020. Her love language ranges from dinners in the city to movie nights with her Black Lab, Remy & Felix the cat. We look forward to seeing her continued hard work in the year 2024.
We’re happy to announce that Irvin Grepo has recently been promoted to Assistant Property Manager at one of our newest assets, Arrive Rolling Oaks, in Thousand Oaks, CA. Irvin started with Trinity as a Porter in August 2023 and quickly moved up the ranks to Property Accounting Specialist due to his background as a Business Operation Manager. His determination and hard work led to his promotion and move to California. Outside of work, Irvin likes to spend time with his wife and their three-year-old son, who loves to wrestle with him when he comes home from work. JANESSA KOHLS Multi-Site Property Manager Previous Title: Property Manager Janessa Kohls recently joined Trinity this past August as the Property Manager for Arrive Medicine Lake. Over the last few months, she has shown to be a great asset to the Midwest as she is the queen of Minneapolis’ complex income-based housing policies and procedures. We are thrilled that Janessa accepted the Multi-Site Property Manager position, including ReNew West Bloomington. When Janessa is not working, she loves visiting her boyfriend and spending as much time as possible with her cat, Stew, and dog, Oslo. We are excited to see your continued hard work! JASON ROTTER Facilities Manager Previous Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician We are happy to announce the promotion of Jason Rotter, now the Facilities Manager for ReNew PARKone. During his time with Trinity, Jason has always been a friendly face around the community and has shown great strides to advance his career in the maintenance department. He has been with Trinity since August 2021, and we cannot wait to see him continue his journey. He enjoys fixing and restoring all kinds of older vehicles in his free time. India Goodall was recently promoted from Resident Services Coordinator to Assistant Property Manager at Arrive North Bethesda. India has eight years of property management experience in the industry. She enjoys spending time with her twin daughters and traveling worldwide in her spare time! With India’s dynamic customer service skills and quick efforts to rectify any issue brought her way, she is well deserving of this promotion!
