I find the most rewarding aspect of being a mentor is the opportunity to share knowledge and expertise, helping mentees develop their skills and advance their careers. This is a great source of satisfaction knowing that you are contributing to someone else’s growth. I also believe that mentorship often involves self-reflection and self-assessment, which can lead to personal and professional growth for the mentor as well.
