Connected Community Building a “Connected Community” is vital to our work and integral to enhancing our collective experience. The following initiatives are a testament of our commitment to promote an atmosphere that is united and engaged with shared purpose. • RP RoundUp: Our monthly employee newsletter launched in early 2023 with the goal of keeping our employees connected by sharing milestones, upcoming initiatives, pop culture recommendations, and much more! The newsletter ensures every member stays updated on our workplace initiatives, reinforcing our shared journey and ambitions. • Social Committee: Our social committee includes representatives from a diverse range of departments and meticulously crafts activities that cater to everyone while fostering a culture of inclusion. • Monthly Townhalls: Our town halls help us stay connected, firmwide. It’s more than just a venue for sharing updates; it’s where we come together to affirm our collaborative spirit and celebrate our collective contributions.
