• We know the investment you make in genetics is significant; we will make every effort to take care of you if something goes awry. • All bulls sold in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of the American Simmental Association. • In addition, our standard guarantee for the bulls includes fertility for the first breeding season (90 day period immediately following turn out) and sight unseen purchase satisfaction--with a suitable replacement of equal or greater value provided (if available) or full credit given for the purchase price of the bull in next year’s sale (minus salvage value on any individual sold for slaughter).

• All other situations that are beyond our control (i.e. injury, lameness, mortality, etc.) will be handled with integrity on a case by case basis and an appropriate percent of the purchase price given as credit depending on the circumstances. • This is not a substitute or replacement for poor management decisions. Buyer assumes all risk for injuries related to running bulls together, etc. • In the event of any issue, please contact the consignor as soon as any issues arise and before the animal is sold.
