The 5S Kaizen Event The Kaizen event – a part of 0DOVER continues improvement program, led by Sergio Nunez , Dover Director of Operational Excellence, facilitated by Carlos Perez. In February, the program took place in Kent to implement 5S and tier 1 accountability meetings in the pump assembly and pump repair areas. The objective is to organize all what is needed to help the guys in the shop floor to achieve their daily tasks easily and safer. This is implemented as a part of the 0Dover standards SEE and 5S requirements.
